We arrange an appointment to visit you at your house so we can prepare a floor plan and take the photography used to create your digital brochure.  During the same visit, we will guide you through how you can best showcase your house to your potential buyers.


2. List on Rightmove and Zoopla

Rightmove adn Zoopla outperform any other property portal in the UK. We give you the same access to Rightmove and Zoopla as any of the other local, national and online agencies.


3. Your 'For Sale' sign

Around the same time as your house is listed, we will arrange for a For Sale sign to be placed outside your property, to help your potential buyers find the house.


4. Proactively target and contact potential buyers

When your house is listed, we phone around all of our prospective buyers to ensure that they have seen your house details.


5. Arranging your viewing appointments

We fully vet potential buyers to make sure we know who they are, that they have finance in place and that their desired time to completion is compatible with yours, prior to arranging an appointment with you.
